Emily Tidwell has dedicated her life's work to helping people heal from mental, emotional, and physical discomfort created by bad habits, stress, or trauma.  She has developed her own unique style of beginner friendly Hatha Yoga, often utilizing her professional background in Massage, Guided Relaxation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Gentle Somatic Yoga.  Emily loves working with clients of all ages and enjoys providing her clients with a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga experience, along with immediate pain relief and improved mobility.  She offers private sessions, special workshops, and corporate wellness.
